THE PROBLEM

PlayStation is realizing that people aren’t very eager to adopt VR as a way they interact with and consume games and videos. VR, as a fairly new technology, has not been picked up by consumers at as fast a rate as PlayStation anticipated.





THE SOLUTION


Our solution to this was to give the consumers a reason they might want to adopt it by playfully showing its “benefits” that everyone can relate to. VR is a cool new way to interact with digital content, but a byproduct of this is an opportunity to take a break from reality for a bit.

Quick animations to start the conversation online. Using the hashtag #myrelief creates a community around the product.






Ambient

Bus stop in the snow. The redesigned bus stop will make it so that the user literally walks into the VR goggles. Inside the goggles it will be warm and projections of a beach scene will be displayed. This will all be in an effort to relieve them from the cold reality.
